Before we can go ahead with any of the consultancy packages, I would need to have a discussion with you to find out what a typical 24-hour routine involves with you and your baby. This way I can have a full understanding of your child’s routine and what changes I can help you to make, making little changes step by step to move forward, trying to find out what works for you and your baby. Together we will find you the perfect solution!
Stop all of those anxieties!
Fiona Cooke offers advice and support to all parents with a baby from birth up to 12 months of age, either by telephone, email or in person.
If you don’t have a spare room or would prefer not to have someone living in your family home short or long term, this is the perfect option for you. Being based in Herefordshire, Fiona Cooke can be at hand with those of you living in the surrounding areas (Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the Welsh borders) in person or for those of you living further afield via telephone or email.
Ensuring you receive the guidance required, you will share the daily challenges you are facing with your little one with Fiona Cooke herself and from there, a plan of action that works both for you as a parent and your baby will be established. Following on from the consultation, a week of incredible support will be provided, where you can seek further advice and ask any questions you may have.

Missing a full night’s sleep?
Why not take advantage of Fiona Cooke's ‘baby whispering’ skills and get the eight hours you deserve?
With sleep deprivation being the key element of exhaustion with a newborn, it is crucial for parents to get the rest they require so that they can enjoy their baby and continue to build the strong bonds with them from birth. Thankfully, Fiona Cooke offers 10+ hours of night care (between 2 to 5 nights a week) for your baby so that you can catch up on those sweet dreams you’ve been missing.
On arrival, the maternity night nurse will need to be briefed on the events of the day and then you can head to bed for that much-needed rest. Throughout the night, be reassured that your baby is in safe hands as Fiona Cooke will feed, settle and change them as when and required. For those of you who breastfeed, you can either leave expressed milk or Fiona will let you know when your infant is ready to feed, leaving you to get back to sleep immediately after. For you, there will be no need to worry about getting those final burps up or getting your little one back to sleep, as your night nurse will undertake those challenges for you.
Before heading back home for the day, Fiona Cooke will discuss the night’s events with you and answer any questions you may have. After having a good night’s sleep, you can enjoy the day ahead feeling refreshed and re-energised, paying your adorable little one the attention they need.
Due to being based in Herefordshire, Fiona Cooke delivers wherever there is a need within the county and adjoining counties.
